Mail-In Registration -In three easy steps, you can register for any program.
1. Download our Program Registration Sheet and medical/release form by clicking on the links here or in the box at the bottom of the page.
2. Print out and fill out these two forms (be sure to sign both sides of the medical/release form)
3. Enclose a check for full payment with the completed forms and send them to the address below. Your space will be reserved only after we receive your full payment.

Telephone Registration with a Credit/Debit Card: 
1. Call 207-361-1911 during normal business hours with your Visa or MasterCard. With full payment, you'll instantly reserve a space on any of our programs.
2. Next, you'll need to download our Program Registration Sheet and medical/release form by clicking on the links here or in the box at the bottom of the page.
3. Print out and fill out these two forms (be sure to sign both sides of the medical/release form, please) and mail them to the address above.
